Welcome to the 2026 HKUST Finance Symposium website. The Symposium will be held during May 11-12, 2026 at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) Clearwater Bay Campus, Hong Kong. We welcome the participation of scholars for presentations and discussions.

We are delighted to have Philipp Schnabl (NYU) and Robert M. Townsend (MIT) as this year’s keynote speakers.

The finalized program is now available here.  The Symposium is by invitation only, and registration is required for the scheduled events.

If you opted for the JFE dual submission, the journal has notified the authors whose papers were invited for dual submission.
